• Have the agent do the driving and ask them for listing printouts of the homes on your tour.
• Check to see if they will provide pictures of the homes’ exteriors. This will help with your memory.
• Remember, picture pages on my website are printable to help with your selection.
• Bring an area map with you during the tours and let the agent help you place the homes on the map.
• Make sure the agent is familiar with the area in which you wish to buy your home. Ask questions about schools, shopping and recreational activities.
